I love hanging out with Adam, I really do. He’s my boyfriend and best friend in one, and we get along so well it’s scary sometimes. However, lately I feel like I need more female companionship. I need someone to squeal and giggle with. Boys don’t squeal and giggle all that much…

I miss Nikki. She’s my closest friend, aside from Adam. We connect with each other so well that at times we know exactly what the other is thinking, which leads us to finish each other’s sentences. Unfortunately, she lives all the way in New York. I haven’t seen her in forever, but she’s coming here next month to go to the MCR/Muse concert with me. I can’t wait! I’m counting down the days ’till the concert, not only because of the bands, but also because I miss my friend.

In other news, I had my hair dyed and cut today. Just so you know, the picture on my “About Me” page is from last year when my hair was short and blonde. I should probably replace it with a more recent one, but it’s one of the few pictures I like of myself and I haven’t changed all that much since then…aside from my hair. It has since grown to below my shoulders and been dyed auburn. Now it’s brown with blonde streaks, layered, and featuring brand new emo-ish bangs that cover one of my eyes most of the time. Not sure how much I like the emo-ishness, but since I listen to some emo music nowadays I might as well have the haircut, right? I may post a picture soon, but for now I’ll let you try to imagine it.
